Serenity, Crystals, and Rituals

Serenity is something we all want to obtain. A peaceful state of mind. A peaceful environment to live in. A blissful bubble bath surrounded by candles and crystals. Ahh... doesn't that sound nice. 

Serenity is something that is inside of each and every one of us. How we create peace in our lives is up to us. Meditation, walking in nature, exercise, yoga, working with crystals, cooking, energy work, etc. The list goes on and it is different for everyone. 

I, personal like a Epsom salt bath surrounded with candles and crystals either around me or in the bath. Some crystals I use that are safe for bath time are rose quartz, clear quartz, smoky quartz,  amethyst, and fluorite. Always double check which crystals can be put into water. Not all of them can like selenite. I also like being in nature. I feel so balanced and connected when I am spending quality time outdoors. I love working with crystals and doing energy work on myself as well. Doing both of these is super relaxing and I feel harmonized right down to my core.

Connections and Creation - Holly's Birth Story      My pregnancy was beautiful before I even knew I was pregnant. I say this because most of the beautiful messages I received and the healing work that was done was before conception. For the past year and a half, I was clearing what no longer served me on all levels especially on my sacral chakra. The sacral chakra has to do with creative energy, emotional energy and passion. I worked on healing this chakra by painting, drawing, writing, energy work, expression and of course, the use of crystal healing.
