Jan-U-ary- Connection
Hey everyone, I was guided to look at the word Jan-U-ary. January is the start of a new year and the time where people look at a new year as a new start. It is a time for YOU. It is for you to do what is best for you. Self -care is what a lot of people strive for in a new year such as eating healthier and exercise. We often hear new year, new me! January is a time that brings us back to our awareness, back to re-connection to our body and mind. Back to what we want and need for ourselves and our family. We often need gentle reminders to continuously bring awareness and connection back even after January is gone. How can you get back in touch with you awareness and connection to YOU? -Check in with your self-- How do you feel? What do you need/want? etc. - Meditate - Journal - Yoga - Be in nature These are just a few ways to help yourself connect and become aware.
