November Energy & Self Care Tips

Hello Beautiful Souls, 

Our next energy phase is now available!! Oh,  how I love tuning in and receiving all these beautiful messages for you all! 

This month is we will feel new ( & ancient) knowledge is surfacing within ourselves and out in the world! This knowledge will help us build for the future. The ancient knowledge will intermix with the NEW which will help others move forward in different ways. We are in a cycle that involves flow and movement. We are being reminded, as nature changes so do we and as energy changes we do also. We change and adapt. We may also have to set boundaries and goals for ourselves this month to help us reach higher. Our spirit guides are helping this month by doing a lot of UNSEEN work for us. That is ultimately preparing us for the next steps of our lives.



Ancient Energy: This crystal wheel helps one open up to the ancient wisdom within and around them. Helps wearer have the confidence to adapt and flow with the new energies that are making them selves known. Know that the circle or the wheel has the power to move to reach its destination. We are all reaching different destinations that help us on our journey. Ancient wisdom of our ancestors, spirit guides and loved ones are preparing us for what is to come. Self- Care Tips

- Journal! Journaling this month will be helpful! Especially, journaling our feelings, sensations within body and what the energy is bringing up for us on at least a weekly basis.

-Meditation! This will be a game changer this month. Remember when new energies come in we can feel ungrounded/uncentered. We want to feel grounded and as clear as we possibly can as we experience these energies. Meditation will also help us connect to ourselves and the new energy. Remember to simply be the observer. 

Do whatever self-care "homework" feels right for you during this time.

Connections and Creation - Holly's Birth Story      My pregnancy was beautiful before I even knew I was pregnant. I say this because most of the beautiful messages I received and the healing work that was done was before conception. For the past year and a half, I was clearing what no longer served me on all levels especially on my sacral chakra. The sacral chakra has to do with creative energy, emotional energy and passion. I worked on healing this chakra by painting, drawing, writing, energy work, expression and of course, the use of crystal healing.
